How do I measure my windows for Meadow Roman Shades?
For an inside mount, measure the exact width and height of your window frame in three places. For an outside mount, measure the area you wish to cover, usually adding 2-3 inches to the width for better light control.
What is the typical lead time for custom orders?
Since each shade is handcrafted to your specifications, please allow 2-3 weeks for production plus an additional 3-5 business days for shipping and delivery.
Can I request fabric samples before placing an order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering swatches to ensure the color and texture match your decor. You can order up to five fabric samples for a small shipping fee.
What is your return policy for custom-made shades?
Because our shades are custom-made to your unique measurements, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
Are your Roman shades child and pet safe?
Safety is our priority. We offer cordless lift systems and motorized options that eliminate dangling cords, making them the safest choice for homes with children and pets.
Do you offer professional installation services?
We do not provide direct installation services, but every order includes a comprehensive DIY installation guide and all necessary mounting hardware for easy setup.
