At Meadow Roman Shade, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our window treatments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shades do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for standard sizes and support for custom-fit adjustments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the shades in their original protective internal wrap and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement shades within 5-7 business days.
